We have a solid user base of 300K event organizers and 20M of monthly event seekers.Key Responsibilities :- Engage with customers to understand their needs, feedback, and concerns.- Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to relay customer feedback and insights- Analyse customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas of improvement.- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.- Provide support to senior management in executing customer-centric initiatives.- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.- Learn and apply effective communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.- Participate in customer engagement and outreach programs.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.- Willingness to work US hours.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across different departments.
