Mode : Work From office (Saturdays working based on requirements)Timings : 9.30 to 6.30 PM IST Day shiftOffice Location : Santa Cruz East, MumbaiTravel required : Travel for client meeting requiredWe seek an experienced and sales-oriented Wealth RM who can acquire as well as maintain relationships with existing clients for a leading Wealth/Asset Management firm.The primary responsibility will include developing personalised financial plans, managing portfolios and providing expert advice on various financial matters, such as taxes, insurance and risk management. -Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance and investment preferences.
-Conducting in-depth economic assessments to analyse clients current financial situations and identify areas for growth and improvement.
-Developing personalised financial plans and investment strategies aligned with client s objectives and risk profiles.
-Recommending suitable investment products, such as equities, bonds, mutual funds and alternative investments, based on thorough market research and analysis.
-Monitoring and reviewing investment portfolios regularly, adjusting strategies as per market conditions and clients changing needs.
-Providing clients with ongoing financial advice and guidance, addressing their queries and providing proactive wealth management solutions.
-Collaborating with internal teams, such as tax advisors, legal professionals and estate planners, to offer comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
-Helping the company meet its financial objectives through personalised financial planning.
-Staying updated with market trends, economic developments and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.
-wealth management strategies, including investment planning, portfolio allocation and retirement planning.
-Monitor and review clients financial progress regularly, ensuring alignment with their objectives and making adjustments. Required skills and qualifications :- MBA/bachelor s degree in finance, economics, business administration or a related field.
-5 to 8 years of experience as a wealth manager or in financial services, including knowledge of developing and implementing financial plans and managing investments.
-Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
-Proficiency in financial analysis tools, portfolio management software, CRM systems and MS Office suite.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with quick decision-making and a results oriented mindset.
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in explaining complex financial concepts to clients.
