Sales Coordinator (1-2 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Sales Management)

Sales Support :- Assist the sales team in managing schedules, client communication, and documentation.- Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, tracking sales performance, and managing sales data.- Support the sales team in achieving their sales targets by providing timely and accurate information.Order Processing:- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.- Maintain records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.Customer Communication : - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support as needed.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and product demonstrations.Administrative Tasks :- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.- Prepare and distribute sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, and invoices.- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.Coordination and Collaboration :- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional activities.- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.- Liaise with the finance department to manage billing and payment issues.Reporting and Analysis :- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on data analysis.- Track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators.Skills and Competencies:- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales support tools is a plus.Preferred Industry:- Experience in a sales coordination role within the retail, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resumes and cover letters, highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.
