This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.What will you do?Sales Data Management : - Maintain and update sales records and databases.- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts.- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable insights.Customer Escalation Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for handling customer complaints and escalations. Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Work closely with the customer service team to address and resolve recurring issues.Departmental Coordination : - Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to address and resolve customer and sales-related issues.- Ensure seamless communication between departments to facilitate efficient problem-solving.
