Job Title : Sales Head - PlywoodResponsibilities :- Develop and implement sales strategies : Create strategies that align with the company s goals and objectives, identify new markets and opportunities, analyze trends and data, and create sales plans to increase revenue.- Set sales targets and monitor performance : Establish targets for the sales team, monitor their performance, analyze sales data, provide regular feedback, and adjust plans as necessary.- Manage and motivate the sales team : Recruit, train, and coach sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
