Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:- Act as central point of contract for all communication between different departments, teams, or organizations.- Follow-ups and Meeting with Customer and parties.- Ensure that information is accurately shared and understood by all the parties involved.- Deal with the various statutory, regulatory, Government and judicial authorities for seeking various approvals.
-Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.- Liaising with various government officials, authorities, and various other government and non - government bodies.- Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, develop deep understanding of their needs, expectations, and concerns.
-Identify and resolve any issues that arise between different parties. Mediate conversations, negotiate compromises, and find mutually beneficial solutions.
-Foster a positive and harmonious working environment.
-Provide support to ongoing projects by coordinating activities tracking progress and reporting status updates to relevant stakeholder.
-Ensure the project - related information is properly documents and shared.
-Manage the flow of information between the parties. Keep all stakeholders informed about relevant update changes or decision. Ensure that all necessary document is properly organized and accessible.
-Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.Qualifications:- Former Liaison experience with any industry.
-Ability to employee collaboration to promote the actualization of Idea.- Willingness to encourage the restoration of previously.
-Beneficial- Ability to manage multiple clients at a time.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Flexible, amicable and community - oriented approach - Adherence to designated procedural guidelines. (ref:updazz.com)
