Store Manager Key Skills:- Sales: Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.- Team Handling: Experience in managing and leading a team effectively.- KPIs/KRIs: Ability to set, track, and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).- Store Management: Expertise in managing store operations, inventory, and customer service.Job Description:- We have an urgent opening for a Store Manager in the Jewellery industry based in Hyderabad.
-The ideal candidate will have 4 to 12 years of experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales, team handling, and store operations.Key Responsibilities:- Sales Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve store targets.- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.- KPI/KRI Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs and KRIs to evaluate store performance and implement improvements as needed.- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and address any customer issues or complaints promptly.- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to senior management.Qualifications:- 4 to 12 years of experience in store management within the Jewellery, Luxury, or Retail industry.- Strong sales and team management skills.- Proven ability to set and achieve KPIs/KRIs.- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
