Cyber Motorica develops and manufactures functional prosthetic arms for adults and children from 2 years old, as well as creates an ecosystem of rehabilitation since 2016.The company has manufactured more than 5,500 prostheses for 1,500 people from 15 countries, including users from Russia, the CIS, France, India, MENA and Southeast Asia. Motorika has the widest range of prosthetic arms in the world. And now we are looking for a lider of our team in India!Duties :1. Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.2. Overseeing daily operations and making key decisions for the company.3. Coordinating the development of key performance goals for cross functions (marketing) and direct reports.4. Ensuring that team aligns with the company s strategic objectives.5. Implementing and managing budgets and financial activities.6. Building and maintaining relationships with partners, stakeholders, and shareholders.7. Overseeing hiring, training, and development of staff.8. Managing crisis situations and resolving any complex problems that could harm the business.9. Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.10. Assessing and managing risks to the company s financial and operational health.Requirements :1. Education - higher education (medical, ideally, economic);2. Work experience in a managerial position of at least 5 years (deputy General Director, sales director, marketing director);3. Knowledge of local laws (Labor Management including);4.
