Job descriptionSales Executive, you ll manage leasing activities for our U.S.-based rental properties and support our property management operations.You will oversee the leasing process from property listings and virtual tours to closing leases, ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and property owners.Key Responsibilities:- Manage tenant inquiries, schedule virtual tours, and facilitate the leasing process.- Conduct tenant screenings and negotiate lease terms.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property listings and reduce vacancy times.- Ensure compliance with U.S. leasing regulations and maintain accurate leasing records.- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants.- Reach out to landlords to generate leads - give presentation and close.What We re Looking For:- 2-4 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.- Ability to work PST hours, including weekends.- Self-driven with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.EducationUG: Any Graduate (ref:updazz.com)
