You re a highly skilled and experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a strong background in managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.2. You have a proven track record in executing successful App Install campaigns or working with D2C brands and are well-versed in driving results through both Meta and Google advertising channels.3. You have working knowledge and experience with gaming companies is an added advantage.4. You re looking to work in a high-growth startup environmentRoles & Responsibilities :Meta (Facebook) Ads Management :1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta, ensuring maximum reach and user acquisition.2. Allocate and manage a monthly ad spend of at least 5-10 lakhs on Facebook ads.3. Utilize advanced targeting strategies to reach the target audience and achieve campaign objectives.4. Curate killer Ad concepts that can drive app installs and sales5. Create ad assets by collaborating with video and design teamGoogle Ads Management :1. Oversee App Install campaigns across Google platforms, including YouTube, display ads, and search ads.2. Manage a monthly ad spend of at least 3 lakhs on Google ads3. Stay updated on the latest trends and features within the Google advertising ecosystem.Experience : 1. 3 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a focus on App Install campaigns.2. Prior experience with a minimum monthly ad spend of 3 lakhs on Facebook ads and 1 lakh on Google ads.What are we looking for? (Skills Required) :1.
