Job Description
Role & Responsibilities :The job role entails conducting market research, generating leads, and actively engaging with C-level/CXO-level executives to effectively present Internshala Enterprise s recruitment and talent engagement solutions.- Connect and engage with at least 20-25 prospects on a daily basis.- Build and manage relationships, and regular follow-up with the prospect.- Actively track accounts using a Sales CRM platform, manage the process, and update weekly tracking of all qualified prospects.- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.- Schedule web demos, and sales appointments for all Sales Managers and help them in the sales qualification of leads.Ideal Candidate :- Demonstrates sales aptitude and is assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated.- Has excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.- Is self-confident with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple tasks.- Is able to work independently as well as with the team.Perks, Benefits and Work Culture :- A chance to lead an amazing team building a world class app- A shot at building something truly disruptive; there is no revolutionary product for recruitment like there is Uber for transportation/Amazon for e-commerce- A chance to really make a difference by creating products that will impact millions of lives for better- Awesome colleagues & a great work environment (ref:updazz.com)
