Job Description
About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) within the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for emerging technologies, a strong understanding of AI/ML solutions, and a proven track record in driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients,and contributing to the overall growth strategy of our AI/ML offerings.Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation & Prospecting:- Identify and research potential clients within the AI/ML space.- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.- Client Relationship Management:- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.- Understand client needs and present tailored AI/ML solutions that align with their business objectives.- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore new business opportunities.Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.- Work closely with the technical and product teams to develop proposals and present AI/ML solutions to clients.- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.- Market Research & Analysis:- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging AI/ML technologies.- Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to help shape future offerings.- Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies.- Collaboration & Reporting:- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and product teams to create compelling sales materials and presentations.- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a relatedfield. An MBA is a plus.- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT industry, with a focus on AI/ML solutions.- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in various industries.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic (ref:updazz.com)
