Job Title : Career Development OfficerFunction : Sales and Business DevelopmentLocation : Mumbai (Thane, Goregaon, Chembur)Compensation : 4 - 6.5 LPA Fixed Incentives- Hiring for the role of CDE and CDO at one of the leading Edtech companies of IndiaRoles and Responsibilities : - Engagement : Connect with a minimum of 80 working professionals (prospective students) daily through leads/database on LeadSquared CRM.- Prospect Generation : Identify the upskilling needs of prospective students based on their areas of interest, generating a pool of prospects.- Counselling : Provide detailed information about the programs offered through phone or video counselling, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospective students.- Target Achievement : Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment targets.Requirements :- Graduate with Sales Experience- Fresher with Tech degreeb: Bsc IT, Btech, BE, BCA (No Civil Engineer)- Minimum 6 months - 4 years of experience of selling tech courses - Role is for Inside sales only (No field sales)- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)- Note : Only candidates from Mumbai should apply (ref:updazz.com)
