Job Description
- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance- Leadership Role- A role that offers a breadth of learning opportunitiesOur client is first and leading AI/ML-powered customer engagement and experience platform (CEE) that helps B2C brands increase engagement, conversions, revenue and retention.The Job :Key Responsibilities :- End-to -End ownership of SDR team s training requirements (new joiner as well as refresher training).
-Design training curriculum and create training content (videos, case studies, playbook etc.) - Proactively conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
-Partner with Inside Sales Leadership to successfully transition new hires to production.
-Show visible & measurable impact of training programs (e.g., MQLs/SQLs generated).Ideal Candidate :Minimum Qualifications : - 5-8 years proven work experience as an Inside Sales Trainer. SaaS experience is a plus! - Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
-Excellent organisational skills.
-Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.Preferred Qualifications : - Additional training certifications.
-Experience with our SDR tech stack - Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Lusha, B2Brain, Zoominfo etc. (ref:updazz.com)
