Job Description
- Implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets for Artelus solutions through ophthalmologists, optometrists, Diabetologists and purchasing managers.- Conduct presentations and schedule product demonstrations and to showcase the features and benefits of OCT and Fundus devices.- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product support as needed.- Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.Requirements :- Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven track record of 3 years in medical device sales, particularly in ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.- Strong knowledge of OCT and Fundus imaging technology, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
