-Available for the team during Staff Shortage- Ensure all the Branding elements are well placed and having utmost visibility - Review the team performance and train them to achieve their Targets - Review the follow up data of the outlet team and ensure they meet their dailyOutlet Operations :- Manage guest escalations- Guest complaints, escalations and resolutions- Ensure that Necessary Inventory Items are consumable are available in the outlet for smooth Operations and re-order well in advance.- Ensure the upkeep of all the outlets in their cluster- Training the fo team to send reports timely and precisely - Sending Outlet Sales Report and Daily Cluster Reports.- Ensure that the entire staffing of the outlets are well groomed and trained on every aspect of MWBusiness Development :- Collaborate with nearby Gyms, Restaurant, Hotels , Clubs , food joints to generate footfall - Reach out to near by corporates for the corporate tie ups- Maintain relationship with the hotel FoM for generating more footfall with Hotel partner - Help the healers to achieve maximum efficiency.Business Reports : - Training the fo team to send reports timely and precisely - Sending Outlet Sales Report and Daily Cluster Reports.
