Job Description: Sales and Marketing Head. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head to shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. The ideal candidate will be responsible architecting a sales strategy.
-The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.Responsibilities- Researching and developing marketing and sales strategies for a company.- Driving sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.- Maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.- Generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives.- Directing planning, forecasting, marketing program development, partner relationship development, collateral material development and customer satisfaction initiatives.- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives- Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals.- Work collaboratively across teams.- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.Skills and Qualifications- 20 years of relevant sales experience including management functions and a track record of exceeding quota.- Education Qualification - Graduation / Post Graduation.- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.- Strong leadership and team building skills.
