Age: 21 to 35 years
Experience: Fresher to 3 years experience in Admission Counselling.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in academic advising software and MS Office.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact with students over the phone and tell them about the courses.
2. Share all the course details as per students ' requirements and properly tell them about the admission procedure.
3. After the counselling process, receive all required documents from the students and complete the admission procedure.
