The jobholder will work closely with the Bancassurance Principal Officer to grow the revenue of the Bank through Bancassurance commission income from selling General insurance products of partner insurance companies to bank customers.Roles and responsibilities : - To handle complaints of customers & ensure timely & proper resolution.- Maintain Quality of sales by ensuring the persistence standards of the channel.- Strong relationship-building capability.- Tracking and recognize the sales performance metrics.
-Understanding the current market potentials.
-Resolving customers complaints and issues if any before making the sale.
