-Hire / Supervise / Lead Team members as direct reportees, in your assigned state of approx. 15-20 reportees.- Handling the whole state with team members.- Ensure the assigned target for your assigned State is met.Fitment Qualifiers :- Minimum 8 years in sales of Logistics software / Insurance/Commercial Vehicles/ Tyers etc; any sales to commercial fleet owners will be an add on.- Excellent liaising with potential customers.- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and execute new business- Development initiatives to leverage business performance.- Must have good experience in Product Demonstration ( SaaS industry) will be an additional advantage.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Team Leading capabilities and help their team to achieve the given targets.If interested kindly share your resume (ref:updazz.com)
