Job Description : Telesales ExecutiveLocation : Koramangala, BangaloreLanguage Requirement : Tamil (Mandatory)Experience : Minimum 6 months of telesales experienceQualification : Minimum qualification 12th passSalary : Up to 18,000 PF 50% incentivesKey Responsibilities :Customer Engagement :- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to inform and engage customers accurately.Sales Targets :- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.Customer Relationship Management :- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.Data Management :- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the database.- Update customer information in the database as required.Follow-Up :- Follow up on potential leads and conduct timely follow-ups to close sales.- Provide feedback on the product s performance and customer issues to the management.Requirements :- Language Skills : Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
