Job Summary
Panacorp Software Solutions is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Nagercoil to support PhD scholars by providing expert advice on academic publication services. In this role, you will engage with scholars, understand their research goals, and recommend the best publication options. Your primary objective will be to drive sales of our publication services through a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Researchers: Connect with PhD scholars and researchers to understand their publication needs.
Promote Publication Services: Present a range of publication services, including journal selection, editing, formatting, and submission guidance.
Meet Sales Targets: Proactively manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and close sales to meet monthly targets.
Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering post-sale support and addressing any queries.
Report and Track Sales Activities: Update the team on sales progress, client feedback, and trends within the academic publishing sector.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with our academic support team to ensure alignment with client needs.
Qualifications
Education: Any degree, ideally with experience or familiarity with academic research, sales, or publication services.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service. Experience in academic or research-related sales is a plus.

Ability to understand and explain the academic publication process
Driven by targets and motivated to achieve sales goals
Familiarity with academic publishing or PhD research preferred
