Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aws DeVops Trainer to join our dynamic team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, hands-on training in full stack development, ensuring our students acquire in-depth knowledge and skills to excel in the field. This role involves teaching along with guiding students through real-world projects and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality training sessions on AWS DevOps topics (CloudFormation, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeCommit, etc.). and technical skills (AWS CLI, Python, JSON, etc.).
Develop and update the curriculum in line with industry standards and best practices.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students through project-based learning and practical labs.
Prepare and assess student projects, coding challenges, and evaluations to track progress.
Assist in creating course materials, assessments, and supplementary resources.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in full stack development and integrate them into the course content.
Conduct regular student evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Collaborate with other trainers and the academic team to continuously improve the program and student outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as Aws DeVops Engineer.
Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and version control tools such as Git.
Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for mentoring and educating.
