Proctur - Technical Lead - Java Developer - Spring/Hibernate (3-5 Yrs) Pune (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for technical leads who oversee a team of personnel focused on technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks.
-In addition to hiring and training staff and delegating work assignments, technical leads may also collaborate with colleagues to identify and repair technical issues.
-These leads should display a high degree of adaptability in order to learn new technologies as needed and successfully manage the daily challenges of a technical environment. Job Responsibilities : - Creating service goals for their team; - Ensuring current applications are updated and align with the implementation of new applications; - Analyzing end users needs; and selecting applications to meet those needs.
-Other tasks may include developing troubleshooting programs and supervising system modifications.
-Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect - Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback - Contribute to the company knowledge base and process improvements - Conduct module level work effort estimations and integrate for the whole system - Reports to the PM/Architect - Provide accurate and detailed weekly task reports - Own one or more modules of the project under development Requirements : - Relevant industrial experience in Java and Enterprise Technologies, Web and Mobile Application development - Understanding of Linux Environment, Cloud Technologies (preferably AWS) - Good Knowledge of Product Development Life Cycle - Good Knowledge of Design Patterns - Awareness of industry trends - Ability to take on multiple work assignments - Flexible in working under changing and different work settings - Accurate time accounting and reporting of own work - Quality, on time delivery of agreed deliverable - Use best practices and coding standards - Good problem solving skills - Strong leadership skills to motivate team members and know how to efficiently make important decisions.
