Instructional Designer - ELearning Content Development (1-6 Yrs) Mumbai (Others)

Responsibilities : - Create high impact and intelligent learning content in HR, Management and Technical field - Liaise with subject matter experts and designers to create storyboards and videos - Create content templates to enhance content development efficiency.
-Ideate UX/UI wireframes for optimal learning experience - Use gamification and other engagement tools for maximize learning experience Education : Bachelors or Masters - Preferably MBA or Engineering background. Required Skills : - Experience of min 2 years in developing technology enabled content for e-learning or training industry.
-Familiarity, comfort with technical/business content.
-Experience in scripting for various formats; audio, video, animations etc.
-High level of expertise in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other authoring tools.
