Eros International - Devops Engineer - Configuration Management (4-8 Yrs) Mumbai (Systems/Product Software)

Skills/Educational qualification required : - Preferably a BE from a reputed institute - Deep understanding of systems, kernel, shell, and an overall experience of at least 3 years working on linux, experience in System Administration, System Builds (JAVA/PHP), Server builds, Installs, Upgrades, Patches, Migration, Troubleshooting, Security, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Performance Monitoring, and Fine-tuning on Ubuntu Server systems.
-Hands on experience on the following AWS services: EC2, VPC, RDS, Route53, CloudFront, IAM, S3, WAF & Shield - Experience with atleast one of the following infra provisioners: Terraform, CloudFormation, Awscli - Experience with either Github or GitLab, Confluence, & Jira - Should know Jenkins and how it can be leveraged for CI/CD, cron jobs, etc.
-Should have good knowledge on MySQL (master-slave setup) - Good command of SQL - Ability to write and execute scripts in Shell or one of Perl and Python - Should have experience containerizing applications and deploying them to production with a solid deployment strategy - Kubernetes, Docker, AWS ECS Preferred Skills : - AWS: Redshift, DynamoDB, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodePipeline, Lambda, AWS Auto Scaling - Configuration Management: Chef, Puppet, Ansible - CDN: Akamai, CloudFront - Monitoring and Alerts: Nagios, CloudWatch, New Relic - Worked on an online streaming platform - Understanding of video/audio streaming technologies (HLS, DASH, Smooth Streaming
