We also have a wholly owned subsidiary Appario Retail Private Limited which shall engage in Multi- Brand Retail through E-commerce Position Description: IT Lead LOCATION Bangalore, India Summary of Responsibilities : - Are you customer obsessed, relentlessly focused on achieving high standards, street-smart and analytical, execution focused, passionate about e-commerce, and entrepreneurial in nature with a strong work ethic- If yes, this opportunity will appeal to you:- Some of the key focus areas are listed below : - Deep dive to understand ambiguous business problems and design solutions for the same.
-Work on the road-map to operationalise JV and then work with different stakeholders inside and outside the organization to implement this roadmap.
-Build the IT organisation and systems from scratch and operationalise it, Design processes and reporting systems including tracking mechanisms and KPIs.
-Interface with various internal and external stakeholders. He/she will be responsible for managing stakeholder communication on operational milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
-Should be equally comfortable in interacting with Senior Management and diving deep to define the systems, processes and be completely hands-on when required.
-The ideal candidate actively seeks to understand Frontizo/Appario core business values and initiatives, and translates those into everyday practices.
-Vendor management and vendor negotiation skills to drive the multiple streams of IT activities This position is based out of Frontizo/Appario Bangalore office and could involve some travel to different locations within India. -Your decisions are influenced by an understanding of business, financial, and legal issues Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred.
-10 years of work experience in relevant industries.
-Previous experience of building IT infrastructure of site from ground-up - Strong process definition and optimization skills; proven ability to define effective, efficient, and scalable processes and drive continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
-Must be metrics-driven. Have a background in quantitative decision making and ability to drive business/operations metrics.
-Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple initiatives in parallel.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.
