Job Family : Lead & Development Job Description : - Lead Engineer in Mobile Application & Web Development - In this role, you position will lean on more to project lead of iOS & Android mobile applications mainly in charge of multi on-going projects, Engineers also serve as Technical advisers to management and provide design perspective on requirements. Role Functions : - Derive project requirements, functional specification, validation, analysis and realistic project duration estimation.
-Plan, design and implement the software architecture, quality guidelines and efficient timelines, managerial & evaluative mindset in daily operation.
-Perform technical coordination for project in-house, review, assignment, participation in agile delivery process, research and recommend new solutions when it is needed.
-Guidance to junior team members on all aspects from frontend to backend, provide visionary and lead experience to support design, develop, test, deployment in complete cycle of native / hybrid applications, APIs development project or web development(more or less).
-Managing the entire Mobile App Life Cycle and deliver quality assessment, outcome & communication for reporting progress in English to HK branch. Skill Requirements - 7 years of mobile programming in native (iOS or Android), hybrid apps and full-stack development - DevOps CI/CD pipeline configuration including publishing applications to Google Play store, Apple app store or an enterprise app store or proven experience in cloud development.
-RESTful APIs, Microservices, webservices, expert in SOA design and technical implementations - A thorough understanding of Object Orientated Programming, MVC (and iOS application architecture for iOS mobile developer) as well as Kotlin/Swift/Objective C and/or Java-Android SDK programming, experience in React Native / Flutter is a plus.
-Proven experience in MVC, MVP, MVVM, MVI, - guidance experience in UX/UI/frontend would be outstanding - Hands on experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server) and no-SQL data stores - Methodology: Agile, Iterative, TDD - Demonstrated ability to make design/enhancement recommendations/decisions for multiple applications/ technologies, mentor on standards and coding practices and debug very complex or urgent problems - Ability to resolves integration issues to guarantee solution conformance to requirements and engineering limitations.
-Excellent communication, collaboration skills and Self-starter Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Developer or JuniorDeveloper.
