-Minimum 7 -15 years of experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience is required in the field of product management, or relevant industry experience.
-Experience in the healthcare industry highly desirable.
-Demonstrate technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with Software Engineers, Architects and QA.
-Experience in Agile development or comparable software development methodology preferred - Must demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions.
-Strong communication skills including written and verbal are necessary - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity- - Fun, highly energetic personality; great team player that works well in collaborative situations- - Strong written and oral communication skills Role Description : - The Product manager is responsible for the product owner role within the CHC Agile process.
-Those responsibilities include writing user stories and delivering technical requirements as necessary, participating in scrum team stand ups, release planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives and other ceremonies consistent with modern agile practices.
-In other words, act as the primary connection point between R&D and other internal business and operations stakeholders. Additionally, several other activities will be a part of the product managers functions : - Responsible for planning and building of core platform capabilities to support multiple product lines.
-Collaborate with business and client facing teams to define market opportunities, understand user needs and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.
-Facilitate product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization, and management of existing product lines.
-Help create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps as well as detailed specification of product requirements, workflows and user stories.
-Help facilitate sprint planning and grooming with IT using Agile development framework - Work with clients and internally to define platform product requirements and organizational readiness for product rollouts.
-Build and share domain knowledge. Drive product documentation and training.
-Act as Platform product evangelist both internally and externally, drive best practice research and benchmarking to build best in class solutions.
-Provide leadership and mentorship to Sprint team members and peers.
