Technical Lead - C/C++/SQL (3-7 Yrs) Noida (Systems/Product Software)

Technical : - Develop design requirements, perform code design, debugging and analysis, and software document - Solve Platform integration problems.
-Experienced with full software development life-cycle (SDLC), have good architecture skills such that things like maintainability and testability are planned and addressed in development - Generate written reports and documentation as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of concepts, designs, drawings, and processes.
-Work on high-level task definitions and able to independently manage quality execution Managerial : - Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place - Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members - Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress - Interview candidates and hire resources - Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments - Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time - Proactive and clear communication skills.
-Know how to conduct timely code reviews, what to look for and how to minimise the amount of time employee take to hold and for the changes to be made Desired Skills and Experience - B.Tech/ MCA - Minimum at least 4-6 years of coding in C/C on Linux / Unix - - This position will require hands on experience with tools like gdb, valgrind.
-Strong proficiency in C , with fair knowledge of the language specification, including templating - Thorough knowledge of the standard library, STL containers, and algorithms - Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms - Working knowledge interacting with and building RESTful APIs - Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, BGP, DNS, HTTP, etc) - Knowledge of low-level threading primitives and real-time environments.
-Knowledge of CMake - Embrace a test-driven, code review culture - A genuine interest in and keen eye for security - Experience with data manipulation, SQL, relational databases - X86, X86_64 Linux programming experience.
