The challenge : - Adobe is seeking a Network Engineer with deep Network skill sets to be part of Adobes dynamic IT Team.
-As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, this person will be responsible for the daily administration of LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Firewalls in a business application environment.
-This includes general system administration tasks on servers, switches and routers, software and hardware support, system configuration, system monitoring, end user case management, interactions with external vendors. This person must have excellent troubleshooting and customer relation skills.
-Candidate must be able to express thoughts clearly and capable of working in a team and as a sole contributor. Individual should be self-motivated with excellent communication & collaboration skills. What youll do : Network technical leadership : - This person will be responsible to lead a global team of Network Engineers to run Operational support for our network environment.
-His/her role will include responsibilities of providing technical leadership as well as manage people and processes to run the day- to-day operations and drive operational excellence within the team. Network Administration : - This person would be responsible to provide operational support for not our WAN, SDWAN, LAN and WLAN infrastructure.
-This includes incident management through ServiceNow, capacity management, basic monitoring, troubleshooting and liaising with vendor or internal teams to fix hardware/software issues. Documentation - Maintain all system documentation. Technologies - Routing & Switching, Wireless, SDWAN, Security What you need to succeed : - Manage the team, processes and technology to run the operations smoothly without failures - Drive the team and self to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvements - Work with stakeholder to maintain relationship and create appropriate visibility for the team - Day-to-day support, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of network and voice equipment, perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained.
-IOS upgrades on Cisco Routers, Cisco Catalyst Switches and Cisco WLCs - Have experience in a Cisco environment with various network protocols (ex. OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) - Experience in Configuration of Cisco 2600, 3900, 7500, 7200 and ASR Series Routers and 4500, 6500 Series Core-Switches & 2950, 4500, 3750 Series Access Layer Switches, and DC switches nexus 2k, 5k,7k - Hands of experience on Cisco ASAs. Should be comfortable with troubleshooting VPN issues - Good understanding of L2/L3/L4 networking protocols like (TCP/IP), TLS, RTP and SRTP etc - Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches, IOS, Linux and Mac operating systems - Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches, IOS, Linux and Mac operating systems - Knowledge of ITIL & Service Management methodologies a plus - Strong technical ability to adapt to environmental change with diverse technologies is a plus - Knowledge on Monitoring tools - Exposure and experience in any automation work is a certain plus - Must have strong communication skills and ability to work individually within a team - Must have good sense of humor Get to know the team : - At Adobe, IT is delivering leading-edge strategies, platforms and innovations to power our products and services.
