Our primary focus is to support the budding drone industry in India and to provide assistance to the Defence sector in developing the world-class products. We are helping the drone revolution in India by designing and developing various composite structures such as frames, propellers & support structures that are used in a drone UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle). Job Description : Raphe is seeking skilled and motivated IT Research Engineer who will be part of growing and dynamic team responsible for developing projects that will transform applications of unmanned aerial robots and multirotor vehicle. We are looking for an Experienced IT professional, who can manage, maintain, diagnose & resolve issues related to networking, hardware & software for multiple departments. Required Skills : - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software (Windows, Linux, and MAC OS), systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
-Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
-Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
-Setting up accounts for new users.
-Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
-Testing new technology. Qualification : - Bachelors/ Diploma in Computer Science with strong Technical background - Should have industry experience of Linux, Windows and networking. Responsibilities : - Good Knowledge of technical aspects in desktop, POS, Printers, Scanners, Smart Devices etc.
-Installation, configuration, patch update and troubleshooting of software, like Windows, Windows Server, Emails, Anti-virus, Point of Sale system.
-Hands on experience on networking devices like Router, Switches, AP and Firewall. Worked as a Network Engineer in the past would be added advantage.
-Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP protocol suite issues.
-Troubleshooting, & resolving Network related issues.
-Understanding of NAS / SAN Servers.
