Job Title - Lead -OFSAA Experience - 6 Years Location - Jaipur Job Description : Role Responsibilities : - Monitor and manage ongoing systems and services delivery to ensure the availability, reliability and responsiveness of all enterprise mission critical applications like AML, ALM, Risk Compliance.
-Use critical thinking and project management discipline, tools and techniques in the day to day execution of responsibilities and in resource and workload planning - Ensure the timely correction of any bugs and vendor supplied patches and new releases related to enterprise applications - Ensure users have assistance with the effective use of their applications - Develop a common understanding of service level expectations with the business areas and regularly review the business areas- measures and impressions of service level delivery; work collaboratively to develop solutions to bridge the gaps - Develop effective business relationships between business staff and self/team members that are cordial, professional and productive - Communicate regularly with the business community to coordinate plans, architecture and life-cycle of the specific products, applications and projects related to the business function - Ensure appropriate resources are in place to meet delivery expectations. Ensure appropriate training, knowledge-transfer takes place to meet these expectations - Oversee and collaborate with vendors to ensure systems and services supplied meet Alliance business needs - Monitor, and provide effective supervision of, contractor/consultant service delivery and service billings to ensure they are accurate and that performance continues to align with statements of work - Lead the Enterprise Application team - Communicate unambiguously and listen effectively, ensure organizational messages are delivered in a timely way to team members, that issues and concerns are addressed and foster open communication among team members - Clarify performance expectations and help team members achieve success through coaching, mentoring and providing effective and timely feedback, recognizing accomplishments and providing discipline when appropriate - Ensure frequent, concise communication with the Manager, Applications regarding relevant issues related to the team, application support, risks or other information as required Requirements : - 6 years of related experience, including systems/applications development and support, business systems analysis, systems project leadership/management in Banking/Finance industry.
-Excellent communication skills and experience in building effective working relationships with internal customers from the business - Should be familiar of Enterprise Banking applications like AML, Fraud Management, ERP systems, OFSAA etc.
-Solid experience in documentation and technical specifications.
-Should have experience in the technologies like Wintel, Linux, Sun OS, Oracle etc.
