AU Small Finance Bank - Business Analyst - OFSAA/Treasury (2-10 Yrs) Jaipur (Others)

Role & Responsibilities: - Closely work with Treasury, Finance and Compliance team and gather business requirements.
-Do Requirement Analysis, Prepare Gap sheets and developing Business cases and prepare requirement documents and functionals specifications.
-Provide walkthroughs to Business and Technical and testing teams.
-Provide support during Testing Phase.
-Support business team on cutover planning/ training and post implementation issues. Requirements: - Sound banking knowledge of Treasury IT operations & Risk Management - Hands on Experience in implementation of OFSAA (ALM, AML, KYC and other modules) - Should have good knowledge of Finance operations and processes.
-Basic Data Base concepts and PL/SQL Skills - Previous Experience in FlexCube Retail and OFSAA module is preferred.
-Excellent communication and Presentation Skills
