MagicBricks - UX Designer - Photoshop/Creative Suite (3-5 Yrs) Noida (UI/UX/Product)

I. Purpose of the role : To work with the UXD team for the company through accurate workforce planning and in line with the business line of magicbricks and leading to better user experience for all products. II. Key Responsibilities (This should reflect key areas of responsibility for the position. These cover the business/functional processes which fall within the purview of the position) S.No. Key Responsibility : 1. Product design thinking 1. Good problem solving skills 2. Design that will make users smile and keep coming back. 3. Will be responsible for design the UX of various products within the portfolio of Magicbricks 4. Will be responsible for Design Thinking for an innovative and engaging UX Design of the product 5. Collaborate with technical architects, UX designers, stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to help projects design deliverables align Brand and Design System. 6. Build Mockups Wireframes for New and Incremental product features 7. Develop deliverables effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements. II. Best Practices 1. Deep intuition for usability, but a willingness to let go of your instincts when proven incorrect 2. Experience with an iterative design process: incorporating feedback, launching quickly, and testing hypotheses. 3. Designing wireframes and visual interactive solutions for web/mobile 4. Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies. 5. Manages a repository of re-usable data visualization templates and views. 6. Enhancement and Maintenance of user interface guidelines 7. Fluency in best practices for mobile and web-based information architecture and responsive design 8. Visual design expertise demonstrated through mockups and style guides 9. Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite 10. Basic understanding of modern web technology stack - HTML, CSS, JavaScript Framework, Bootstrap III. User Research 1. Should have fare knowledge of User Research, Interaction Design, Personas 2. Curiosity and Empathies with customer problems IV. Competencies Required : Behavioural Competencies - Presentable personality with Excellent spoken and written communication skills - Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environment.
