Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation/Application Testing (4-5 Yrs) Noida (Others)

Primary Skills Essential : - Experience of using a skilled, structured exploratory approach to testing (Rapid Software Testing or similar).
-Experience of collaborating with developers/business analysts to clarify and refine requirements/user stories.
-4 years of strong experience in testing Web applications and web services - Perform various testing like regression, sanity and smoke using impact analysis to decide scope of each - Translate technical requirements into well-designed test case scenarios and design functional test case - Strong test design and analysis skills - Well versed with defect lifecycles using tools like JIRA.
-Experience with an automated browser testing framework, at a level where you are capable of implementing a framework and write automation tests.
-Good exposure and understanding of web services - Experience of programming languages specifically Ruby or Java, Ruby is our primary language for testing.
-Good understanding of relational databases and SQL Secondary Skills : - Experience of testing non-functional requirements, such as availability, security, resilience and so on.
-Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
-Ability and desire to mentor others - Experience of working with build tools like Maven - Ability to work on CI tools like Jenkins
