Lead Developer - React.js (6-11 Yrs) Hyderabad (UI/UX/Product)

We are looking for a proficient React.js Lead Developer. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux). You will ensure that the components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important. Responsibilities : 1) Developing user-facing features using React.js 2) Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code 3) Optimising components for maximum performance across a wide range of array of web-capable devices and browsers Skills : 1) Developing user-facing features using React.js with experience of min 1 year 2) Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code 3) Optimising components for maximum performance across a wide range of web-capable devices and browsers 4) Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model 5) Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles 6) Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux) 7) Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js) 8) Familiarity with RESTful APIs 9) Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms 10) Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools 11) Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. 12) Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 13) A knack for bench marking and optimisation
