FranConnect - Program Manager - SaaS (8-12 Yrs) Noida (Others)

The Program Manager will be primarily responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the FranConnect SaaS development process. In addition to active collaboration with the FranConnect R&D executive team members, the person will actively work with senior members of other departments including Dev, QA and DevOps.
-Establish the overall release plan, milestones and responsibilities for quarterly/weekly releases - Drive the execution of the FranConnect agile process by ensuring all key components are organized per schedule - Establish, compile and deliver key release metrics to all stakeholders - Identify and manage key release dependencies between various departments - Coordinate all cross-departmental communications during the dev and release phases - Assist the US-based Product marketing team in preparing the global go-to-market plan for each release - Drive continuous improvement of internal FranConnect processes and policies - Incumbent must have a thorough understanding of SaaS business processes, and practical experience managing the release of enterprise-class applications in production.
-Incumbent must be able to engage with Executive Team, Functional Leaders and various stakeholders to ensure we are delivering strategic value across the overall program. In addition, this key player must be able to drive the overall strategy, planning and execution of key initiatives.
-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in SaaS and product companies - Experience in Agile - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Excellent analytical skills and experience in extracting key release metrics - Experience in delivering high quality and successful products - Experience with CI/CD greatly preferred
