Position : Technical Support Executive Work Experience : 1-5 years Salary : Upto 25k Qualification : BA/BSc/BE/BTech/MTech/MCA from a premier institute (CSE/EE or Equivalent) Location : Noida Sec.59 Company : KENT RO SYSTEMS LIMITED. Responsibilities : - Tooling system experiences handling ticket systems (like Jira, Zendesk etc.) - Experience handling IT technical systems hardware queries and support.
-Client communication and understanding of queries and issues.
-Having good communication skills.
-Interactions with technical team in resolving client queries.
