FCI - Tech Lead - Java Development (6-10 Yrs) Noida (Systems/Product Software)

Responsibilities and Duties : About The Job : - Manage and mentor 20 smart developers who are involved in developing various aspect of product development.
-Work closely with the Product Manager / Architect / CEO to define the future road map and prioritize the deliverables.
-Communicate to all stakeholders about product(s) status on a regular basis.
-Responsible for end to end delivery of all services like the server, mobile application and terminal.
-Monitor and review the status of all products with respect to budget and time Identify and manage risks/issues related to product/people and arrive at mitigation plan to address the same. About you : - A graduate/masters in engineering preferably in Computer Science or IT with consistent academic grades all across.
-Should possess exceptional communication and problem solving capabilities.
-You should have 5-8 years of experience working in product or large scale IT company and have good programming experience in either Java/JEE out of which at least 2-3 years in managing engineering teams.
-Proficient in agile/scrum or iterative way of development methodology Ability to manage to cross functional teams (BA, tech writer, Architect, Developer, UI/UX and QA).
