Mobile App Developer - Objective C/Java (8-13 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Mobile/Web)

What you will be doing : - Impact on the direction and scope of dubizzles technical vision within your stream; - Shaping strong cross-functional packs in line with business needs; - Collaborating closely with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, CLM and Strategy to deliver highest quality products; - Monitor the performance of team members. Identify and encourage areas for growth and personal development; - Demonstrate technical leadership and mentorship by setting challenging but realistic goals and guiding the team efforts towards successful project delivery; - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope; Who were looking for : - 8 years of mobile application, front-end and/or back-end software engineering experience; - Technical leadership and people management experience is a must; - Drive for innovation and insight into new and old technologies; - In-depth understanding of free and open-source software development, e.g. Python, Java, Javascript, Objective C and etc; - Knowledgeable of scalability and high availability systems; - Understanding of good product, design and UX principles;
