Delhivery - Data Quality Analyst - Performance Tuning (2-5 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Systems/Product Software)

Role Summary : Their main role is to provide excellent customer focused service encompassing data requests, performance tuning, 2nd and 3rd level support and reporting dashboard. Key Responsibilities : - Generates reports based on client (Internal/External) request by writing SQL - First level on investigation of any issue (reporting data issues, data requests) - Managing and updating different SQL as per daily basis adhoc data and reporting requests - Performance tuning for SQL used in reporting dashboard - Troubleshooting areas of performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both immediate and for the longer term.
-Work closely with all level of operations Mandatory Skills and Experience: - Expertise in writing complex SQL queries including joins, aggregate functions etc.
-Knowledge of Database concepts like Joins, aggregate functions, Build In functions, Performance Tuning - Should have knowledge of Agile Methodology and follow the sprint cycle for reporting requests Desired Skills and Experience : - Knowledge on any of the programming Language like Python/Shell/PHP will be added advantage - Experience in Redash,Postgress Mongo is additional advantage - Experience of working and supporting applications hosted on Google or any other cloud infrastructure Personal attributes : - Should be team player and should have thinking long term value - Excellent problem solving skills - Strong communication skills - Strong customer focus - meeting and exceeding expectations, resolving issues and developing solutions to meet customer needs - Self-driven with a making a difference attitude - Ability to focus on the problem in high pressure situation, and prioritize the asks in hand - Should be able to share the opinion and ideas openly with team and ability to grow with the team
