Job Title : Java Lead/Architect Qualification Requirements : MCA / B.Tech / M.Sc. Experience : 8 - 12 Years Mandatory Skills : - More than 8 years solid software engineering experience - Excellent coding skills in one or more of the following: Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Restful/SOAP and Hibernate - Must be hands-on with system architecture design best practices - Good exposure and comfortable in dealing production systems, and troubleshoot performance problems - Great design experience, and able to ideate and conceptualize, come up with best industry recommendations - Good understanding of Relational databases like MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle - Good knowledge in algorithms and data structures - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be hands-on with unit testing and JUnit frameworks/tools - Familiar with Continuous Integration (Jenkins) and Continuous Deployment process and its relevant tools/technologies - Experience in creating HLD (high level design) and LLD (low level design docs) - Must be individual contributor, as well as a great technical team player - Responsible, team player and go getter kind of attitude Nice to have : - Experience working with product development companies - Experience with NoSQL technologies - Experience with AWS, Docker - Knowledge of web libraries and frameworks such as Angular.js - Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript Personal Attributes : - Focused - Knowledgeable - Team player
