Monexo Fintech - Data Scientist - ETL/Data Mining (2-4 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

We are looking for a data scientist with min 2 years experience in data science and will be working on: 1. Building Credit Underwriting models for consumer loans 2. Validating models on regular basis 3. Creating MIS pack 4. Building Lead Scoring model 5. Creating Predictive model for Default rate and collections You will be doing these activities : 1. Research and develop statistical learning models for data analysis 2. Collaborate with business to understand company needs and devise possible solutions 3. Keep up-to-date with latest technology trends 4. Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers 5. Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis Qualifications/Skills : - Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math or related field - 2 years practical experience with ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics - Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis - Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation - Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills - Skills Required : Python, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, Perl, R
