MSBI Consultant - SSIS/SSRS (5-10 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram/Hyderabad (Systems/Product Software)

JD : - Working knowledge of SQL Server.
-Knowledge of SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Cosmos DB and Data Analysis.

Detailed Job Description : - Management of the requests received in T2 queue ensuring Service Requests are actioned and closed within SLA - Management of the escalation point from the T1 team ensuring Service Requests are actioned and closed within SLA - Troubleshooting and answering service tickets within Tier 2 scope - High quality resolution of Service Requests - Execute onboarding new Tier 2 systems/processes as identified by Microsoft FTE Business - Interfacing and management of escalated tickets to Tier 2 - Management of various security and distribution groups - Seek clarification from requestor as needed - Estimate complexity and timeline for resolution - Identify root cause for data issue and respond to requestor - Excel/MDX/DAX/SQL/Cosmos data analysis - Understand platform/upstream process dependencies as potential cause - Might need coordination with FTE for some unique scenarios - Escalate to Tier 3/Dev team in case of platform issue, CR, new requests - Validate access where Tier 1 cannot (such as batch accounts) - Manage proactive support communication to end users - Upcoming changes/ updates/ training for cubes supported - Coordinate with Tier 3/Dev team on data refresh/updates and identify dependencies for end users - Support users during office hours, assist with user training sessions - Expand knowledge base for new features Job Location : Hyderabad/Gurgaon Shift: Rotational (6AM - 3PM / 3PM - 12 AM / 12 AM - 9 AM)
