Team Lead/Module Lead - Frontend Development - Object Oriented Javascript Programming (5-10 Yrs) Hyderabad (Online/Mobile/Web)

Job Title : Team Lead/Module lead Department : Product Development Location : Hyderabad Responsibilities : - Lead a high performing engineering team for product roadmap development - Design, build and deliver new features and products - Understand the requirements and translate them into Technical specifications - Maintain exceptionally high standards of design and code quality at all times, including but not limited to adherence to architectural, security and scalability standards - Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them - Work directly with the UX design team to continuously improve customers experience - Mentor and guide the junior members in the team - Share knowledge and best practices with the team Skills : - 6 years of front end software development experience - Vue. js expertise or mid-level Vue. js experience coupled with React expertise - Excellent knowledge of object oriented Javascript programming - Strong understanding of HTML5 /ReactJS and Javascript - Knowledge of distributed code repository management tools like GIT - Exposure to buildtools, CI/CD, and JIRA desirable - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Experience in Agile development methodology like Scrum and Test Driven Development - Excellent Communication and Inter-personal skills, both with business customers and with fellow IT professionals (Business Analysts, Project Managers and Developers).
