UX Designer - Sketch/Photoshop (6-9 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (UI/UX/Product)

REQUIREMENTS : - Good aesthetic conceptualization ability - Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of a user-centered design process.
-Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements.
-Solid UX Skills in designing wire-frames, process flows, sketches, scenarios and navigation models all incorporating interaction guidelines for Mobile to produce effective design solutions.
-Familiarity with mobile app design and mobile-first design principles for web interactions is a strong plus.
-Explore new things and a willingness to keep learning.
-Independently manage time, prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines - Create standards, style guides, specification documents to support visual design system that gets delivered to the customer.
-Proficient in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop - Strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Work with web developers and engineers to deliver the final product - Manage communication at all levels and project deliverable.
