Role : SEO Executive What we are looking for : - 2-4 years experience of handling SEO Projects - Active Experience in handling SEO campaigns. An understanding of all Technical aspects of SEO Process & Internet Marketing as a whole Qualifications : B.E/ Bsc.IT /Digital Certifications Additional Key Role Objectives : - Ability to work with minimum supervision, take initiatives, lead from the front, adhere to tight timelines and be self-motivated - Manage the SEO workload individually - Capable of working in a Startup atmosphere & handling pressure situations effectively - To help a client achieve their online marketing goals through Search Engine Optimization - Strategize SEO initiatives for client websites Responsibilities : - Understand the business of the client - Help develop SEO strategies for clients - Should be capable of handling multiple SEO projects at a time - Should be able to analyze Analytics and Webmaster tools data and take action on it to improve the overall SEO performance - Analyse a website from an SEO and Technical perspective - Perform a thorough keyword analysis for the site - Handle on page & off page SEO activities for multiple clients and also the interactions that build ranking, profile and traffic - Make an On-Page Optimization incorporating the various on-page elements involved in SEO - Get the on-page optimization report implemented - Analyze the progress of your site using various analytical and webmaster tools - Tweak the on page and off page optimization depending on performance - Must Possess skills for Link Building, Directory Submission, Blog Commenting, Social Book Marking - Keeping abreast with the latest updates in Search engine Algorithms & Search Word In General - Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in Google Analytics Platforms and Google Webmaster World - Communicate with Clients and Update them on the progress of their project and share reports on a regular basis - Help & Handle the day to day activities of your SEO Team - Sharing your research with the entire team - Participation in designing effective SEO Proposals for clients & helping the Sales Team.

-Communicate to senior management about ongoing initiatives/reports Job-Related Skills : - Good Understanding of HTML/CSS - Capable of Comprehending Web technologies such as PHP, ASP, Java - Should have a thorough knowledge of Search Engines and their Algorithms - Knowledge of how the search industry is progressing in general Soft Skills : - Excellent written and Spoken English - Good Communication & Presentation Skills - Good Interpersonal Skills - Handling Multiple clients at one go - Capable of collaborating with other teams - Capable of leading Client Calls/ Client Servicing
