Home Credit - Manager - IT Asset Management (10-15 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Systems/Product Software)

Job Description : - Manage and Lead the ITAM operations team which is focused on managing IT related assets throughout the asset lifecycle.
-Leads IT Asset Management program across IT channels organization wide.
-Collaborate with other leaders in other IT channels to ensure that ITAM processes are consistent in each channel.
-Scope of work includes program process and ITAM operational documentation, audit readiness and compliance, Data Warehouse data management, inventory audits support of ITAM process improvement and Management transformation.
-Monitor variations to ensure the assets are delivered in accordance with the expectations and agreed requirements.
-Experience with HP Asset manager is also required for this position. Solid understanding of dependencies of CMDB, Discovery and Asset Management.
-Strong know-how and working level knowledge on areas such as IT Infrastructure and IT Service Delivery.
-Prepare, review and monitor the IT Asset Lifecycle plan and the associated budgets and forecasts.
-Support the review and improvement of ITAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant requirements of HCIN.
-Work with the other IT leaders and stakeholders, to ensure that procedures are in place to monitor, track and report the IT Assets.
-Responsible for monthly dashboard reports for providing key information to the Senior Management Team for decision making.
-Ensure complete documentation with respect to every IT Asset from the stage of need identification to post disposal documentation and Audit.
-Monitor the rectification of any contingencies occurring in the ordinary course of business in accordance with legal and contractual protection provisions and liaise with finance and accounting personnel on relevant matters i.e., matters such as recoveries due to loss on damaged / lost assets, etc.
-Co-ordinate and provide full accurate and complete information with respect to IT Assets, during asset condition surveys, periodic asset management audits, physical verification and not limited to internal/external audits.
-Support, coordinate and optimize planning, asset selection, acquisition/development, utilization, care (maintenance) and ultimate disposal or renewal of the appropriate assets and asset systems.
-To Advice Management Team on preventive care to avoid exigencies.
-To recommend management on Cost Savings Initiatives.
-Keep oneself abreast with organizations- policies, procedures, guidelines, ways of working, etc.
-Technicalities of Hardware and Software Asset Management incl. asset Management of Cloud Assets, Data Centre Assets, Mobile Assets, assets spread across multiple locations at PAN India level.
-Strong Knowledge on ITIL Processes and methodologies.
-The role is expected to lead the team and spearhead both Strategic and Tactical objectives/directions as provided time-to-time.
-This role would involve Travel from time-time as required by management
