MDM Developer - ETL/Predictive Modeling (7-12 Yrs) Chennai (Systems/Product Software)

Responsibilities : - Developing IBM MDM Batch loading processes and workflows to load data using IBM MDM Infosphere AE 11.X - Designing Dashboard creating real-time visual data analytics Predictive models with predictive modelling analytics engine (PME - Probabilistic Match Engine,Suspect Reports,Deterministic Matching etc) ) for the users - Hands on Java skills for IBM Infosphere customizations - Creating advanced mapping, metadata layer and create interactive visual representation for business Analyst - Guiding other team members and external vendors to perform the same - Analyzing data integration requirements, analyzing data sources and targets, business rules, and transformation logic - Collaborating with technical and business users to define crisp requirements use cases - Performing code reviews for internal team members as well as external vendor developers - Perform SIT testing for ETL processes / Review SIT testing for ETL processes performed by others - Support UAT for ETL processing - Work with the Dev Ops team member to understand the production infrastructure and optimize deliveries and deployments.
-Support the definition and enforcement of ETL standards, guidelines and best practices related to TCLs data warehouse - Analyze and optimize performance Qualifications / Experience : - 8-12 years in Information Technology and Demonstrate experience with Agile (Scrum) and DevOps software development methodologies - Minimum of 4 years- experience in the Telecom industry covering OSS / BSS applications / functions including Order Management, Fulfillment, CRM, Service Delivery, Collection / Billing, Service Assurance, Ticketing systems highly desirable.
-Demonstrated experience with the following : 1. Developing large complex MDM applications in enterprise level environments 2. Tools: IBM MDM AE, IBM MDM DS, Restful API, Rabbit MQ or IBM MQ 3. Data source types: Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, Flat File, JSON API, 4. Data sources that are SaSS, CoTS and bespoke 5. Creating formal deployment plans inclusive of rollback and sanity testing strategies 6. RDBMS concepts and principles with advanced SQL skills - Experience with automated testing reporting tools, Power BI a plus - Experience with Talend CE Studio Pentaho DI a plus - Capability of articulating and communicating the overall MDM architecture, guidelines / standards and implementation details to development teams and QA engineers
